Their are 9 female births registered Hemsworth district for the June quarter 1967 with details that have "amendments" page number crossed out and replaced with a number ending /S

Go to freebmd and select Births then enter 1967 in both date fields then vol number 2b and select Hemsworth (sept1850-march1974) from the list of districts then click on find, ( bottom left of page )

The Adopted name won't appear on the publicly available gro index, only the Birth name.

Look for entries which have S after the page number.

If you are related, add your name to the adoption contact register, and hope that the adoptee has done the same

Search all trees on here to see if her parent(s) and herself are listed under their birth names.

No one will have any access to adoption records. They are very private documents tht have to be applied for by the adoptee themselves.

If you know the names you are looking for then you can search ancestry.com for free but if you are not a member you will not be able to open the actual BMD pages.

Does anyone have access to birth/adoption records for 1967 for the area of Hemsworth please for girls born around June.
