	Margaret (Peggy) is listed up to and including 2009. Derek up to and including 2010. Other people live there from 2011. The property isn't listed as Sold on Zoopla. They might just have opted out or depending on age moved to a Care Facility whilst renting the property out, or having sold Privately Unless you know the names of any children, it might be worth writing to the address you have, and the immediate neighbours. They might just have opted out!
