There is a Charles David Siggers with wife Caroline on 1911 census in Stratford, Essex

How does the school connect to Siggers ?

I think it might be Sidney Charles Siggers and wife Caroline Emily Siggers on 1911 as she is an elementary teacher living in Southwark reg district

Have you tried doing some research?

Look at freebmd to determine whether they are actually likely to have any descendants

Look for these people in 'search all trees' If anyone is researching them, you'll find details there
