If he wants male descendants then that is his prerogative.

If they produce only daughters then it is end of search.

Only useful if there is something with which to make comparisons, and I doubt that any can be found from 1801.........LOL

How much research have you done?

Have you used the various online options to look for his descendants?

And what happens when one (or even all) of them produces only daughters?

If you are looking for direct male descendants and are prepared to wait for them to find your thread, it would be useful to have the name in the title header.

'male descendants' is not very informative for other Tedders to find.

Not seeing him in your tree

There are also a lot of public trees on ancestry.....whether they are direct descendants I don't know
