She is also on the electoral roll up to 2013 if you cannot contact her that way

Noreen was born in Newark and lived in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Is this the same one?

I would say it was the same person. She is listed on the electoral register as Noreen F. Turgoose in Grimsby. Her first marriage was in Nottingham and second marriage in Grimsby.

Noreen F Turgoose is probably a unique name.

Have you googled it (noreen turgoose) to look at the images to identify her?

Patchem is right - if you google the name there are a few photos of Noreen.
