wow . everyone has been busy whilst my internet was down. Ive got heaps to look into :-)
Shame Mrs Whitton had no children. Sort of explains why she developed a close relationship with some of the wayward young in the viallage
.
Thankyou so much for all this information. Hopefully it will help towards solving the gap. :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-D :-) :-) :-)

Thankyou for your suggestions Reggie ( I always think of my dad when I see your name ) . Unfortunately we have tried many avenues with no success as yet . I am hoping someone from the town will read this and be able to help us. Its a long shot but maybe just maybe :-)

Hi,
I am hoping to find someone whom was/is living in Cullompton in the 1940's and/or 1950's and attended the Baptist Church or at least had knowledge of the workings of the chgurch at that time.
A collegue and myself have been investigating this area in the hope of solving a family mystery but have come to a grinding halt due to lack of information on the internet. Being in Australia means I am unable to visit Cullompton in person.
Any help would be appriciated.

regards

Patricia
