http://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl shows 5 Robinson/Tuffin births 1960-1970. 2 of them could be twins. They may not all be the children of that marriage although the ones born in Ware probably are

My Brother Michael was born on 4th Aug 1936 at 22 The Maples Hitchin Herts Father George Robinson Mother Rose Ellen Lewry last saw him in Birmingham in the 40's during the war I was sent to my nan in Sussex my brothers were sent elsewhere I would have been about 8yrs at the time .Rose.

That death would correspond to this birth, and Rose has him born Hitchin/Letchworth not Bishops Stortford.,

With Michael's birth being registered in the September quarter, it's unlikely to be him.
