On the GRO record her name is spelt Teresa Quarman :-)

Have you registered on the Adoption Contact Register?
https://www.gov.uk/adoption-records/the-adoption-contact-register

If she is looking for birth family, she may have done the same.

You could find her birth reg on FreeBMD, and also the one for your mutual parent. Add a "Post'em" using a generic email address eg @gmail, @hotmail. Say something like Teresa's birth family would welcome contact.
If either she or a current family were to search for her 'roots', that's one of the sites they might use.

Sorry I put 2 s down for my sister I have her birth certificates which just states adopted have n
Been on a site which connect any family's that might want contact for the last 10 years and it is in administration.

The one you registered with was probably a charity/commercial site
