Find Living Relatives

Hi, I'm trying to trace family members of my paternal grandmother, she used to live in Stockton on Tees, may well still be there.
Her name was Margaret WHELAN & she married Roy Charles RATCLIFFE in Colchester, Essex in 1952. She since remarried. My father was Patrick Roy RATCLIFFE & he found her through the red cross many years ago but sadly lost contact. Patrick passed in 1985.
One of her children, a daughter, is called Patricia.
Not a great deal of information but it may mean something to someone. Any info would be of great interest to me.

She is showing on the electoral rolls in Stockton in 2002. but not later than that

Nor seeing a death for her from 2002"

Edit the son is on the electoral. Rolls to 2014. still in Stockton on tees
