Find Living Relatives

Huge apologies if I have posted this twice but could not see it on the board. Please forgive me I am very new to messaging like this.
Please could I have a little advice on how to begin gathering information on the above as my special friend would like to eventually see if she could find her birth mother.
The only information we have is that Veronica was in Blackpool at the time of my friends birth on 21/1/1960 and she then brought her baby ( now known as Debbie ) to Westcliff on Sea , Essex at six weeks old. My friend has been told Veronica used to go and see her but eventually she stopped .
Any help or advice would be so so appreciated.

Has you friend accessed her adoption file . She is entitled now to see it

There are several births for that name including one reg in the Blackpool area

Look on FreeBMD for the birth mmn Gregson

You could then look for siblings as well as the parents marriage

A quick look shows she has a younger brother also reg Blackpool

There are other reg but think they must be another family

This looks like the parents marriiage
