Find Living Relatives

Hello, I am trying to find our cousin, she was christened 'Dorothy Anne Walker' but I believe people called her 'Anne' when she was little, she was born in Sheffield 1938 to an Ethel Potter and Leslie Arnott Walker. The family moved to Weston Super Mare. They later married in 1940. I do not know if Dorothy Anne Walker got married. She also has a brother called Richard R Walker born in 1942. As I could not find a marriage record for Dorothy I have searched electrol rolls for her as she is named. I found a few names in care homes in Weston and also one in Whitby, but when I rang them they told me they cannot share any information over the phone about their residents. Don't know what to do now and where to go to next?
