Any idea when or where he was born? Can you just clarify his name? Your title says "Phil Hyham Hyman"

Barbra has deleted another thread about this man, posted a little earlier this evening, on which I directed her to the 1959 birth of a Philip J Higham in Bury.

I also gave instructions as to how to search for that name and YOB on Electoral Rolls under "Search" at top right of this page, and how to see the full address.
A man of that name and age is living in Bury, per 2021 ER.

I stressed that I had no idea if that's the man she's looking for or not.

Barbra -
it's highly unlikely that anyone who knows him or "what he's up to" will just happen to see your post here.

You can try contacting the man in Bury, in case he's the right one.

Or post a message on the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards Facebook page, in case anyone there knows of him.
