Not much info on the image, just the service and regimental numbers and that he was awarded the Victory and British Medals.

No indication on the medal card that he was a Lance Corporal, just a Private

Assuming he never had a middle name this is a possible? medal card for him from the national archives web site

Hello can anyone help please?William Slade born 1888 nr Wallingford Berkshire ,parents Philip Slade and Emily Wing
William in 1901 was at Topsham Devon with an Uncle and Aunt in 1911 he is at the barrack sin Aldershot in 1917 ,he was KIA ,France he served with the Royal Berkshire reg
I am interested in finding anything out about his service carrer
