please can you give me the address and phone number of the ministry of defence, the one I have goes back to 1987. I am sure that changed, I would be very great full,and I like to no any any thing on , Yvonne,

Depending on what you require ALL army records are kept in Kentigern House, Glasgow.

Google and it will come up. Or someone might attach a link to the site.

If you are looking for WW1 records remember only 30% exist
WW2 are only available to immediate family. Wives do not have to pay.
Otherwise all cost 30.00 (my pound sign is not showing!).

Post WW2 and current are all kept in same place. And requests for current records take precedent, so at high times (following TV shows) the wait can be quite some time.
