If you google Stockport Workhouse then click on Images at the top of the page you will find several pictures.

Stockport Workhouse was also used as an infirmary at the time. It later became St Thomas's Hospital. It is still standing but is now owned by Stockport College and is being renovated as part of the college.

It has also appeared in Most Haunted !!
