Linda Report 3 Jun 2010 10:51

Trying to find Esther & Edward after 1871.I would like to thank everybody that helped with my appeals.I found that Edward was ,in fact,Frederick George by looking up births for the year & then realising Frederick George witnessed my great grandfather's wedding!I also found him in 1881 in the Anerley School which suggested his mum had died.
As for Esther she was a complete mystery until i once again looked at a William Sharp who was visiting her in 1871.I noticed that there was a death for Esther Sharp in 1874 in Croydon. As nothing else had shown up i ordered the death certificate & it was her.It showed her as William's wife although i don't think they were married. Thanks again for taking the trouble to answer all my enquiries & good luck with all yours
