Thanks to GR I have been able to trace an aunt and a cousin in the UK and they have put me in touch with a half-brother I never knew existed in Toronto, Canada..........
I was born and adopted in England, 55 years ago!
Seven years ago I moved to the USA, where I now live on a cattle ranch in Montana. I had always felt the urge to be on the North American continent.
I have now found out through GR contacts that my mother moved to Canada shortly after my birth. She married and had a further 3 daughters and a son. Sadly in 1971, she, her husband and 3 daughters were all killed in a car accident, leaving their son an orphan at the age of three.
I have now made contact with him and last month he brought his family out to visit me on the ranch. We had a wonderful time together, the first of many............thank you Genes Reunited!
