Proposal: Useful research websites board list

I would like to propose a useful research website list for members to post but with no reply option.
Members could sumarise about the site if costs are involved.
I have many sites I use which are never mentioned
Cutting out all the comments from other members would keep it simple and be easy reference to go back to.
Would be very helpful especially for newbees and older people who are often put off from asking questions because of some of the comments made by others.

You could call it 'Resource Centre'. Very good idea, I've ended up with loads of 'watched threads' of good research sites.
