TYPICAL USELESS RESPONSE FROM GR

I (like many members) sent numerous emails to GR last week, and over Easter.

I told them about my frustration with not being able to get to GR, continuous ERROR MESSAGES (and other bugs in the system).

I also told them (as I do in almost every email I send) that I delete cookies, clear cache, defrag, reboot etc etc)

This is their response:

Thanks for your email, and I'm sorry to hear that you're still having trouble accessing the site.

It sounds like the problem is that your computer has 'cached' the last page that you looked at and is not recognising a newer version of this website page. You simply need to clear your browsing history and then sign back in to the site again. This is different according to which browser you're using, so please refer to the help pages for your browser to find out how to do this.

You could also try these websites for help with clearing your cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache http://help.typepad.com/clear-browser-cookies-cache.html

I hope this helps XXXXXXXXX, but please let me know if there's still a problem.

NO - This didn't help.

YES, there is a problem. A HUGE problem. THEY DON'T READ OUR EMAILS.
