Would Like to know where Rosina Cowland Lived Between 1907 and 1928 as her father died then and mother left her live with a unknown family relative. If anyone can help there is nothing on the 19011 census

This is really the suggestions board for Suggestions for genes, so if you want a bigger response you really need to delete this thread and post it on Find Ancestors.
However, when you do that, could you also give a little more information, such as her parents' names, any more siblings, and her address on her marriage certificate?

Found deaths of her possible father Sidney William Cowland in 1907 in St Olave and this fits with a tree on Ancestry that also lists Rosina as born in Rothithe in London in 1905 and her mother a Frances Elizabeth Foster. Rosina's parents marrriage was in 1904 in St Olave.

As a side issue her mother may have remarried but as you say I can't see Rosina with her in 1911 below
