Hi Peter, welcome to the boards but first this board is the board that is for suggestions to help improve the GR site,

we the long serving members seem to be left to respond to problems that are created by GR and have been repeatedly asking for these problems to be sorted out but some problems such as the one you are experiencing has been a long lasting problem that GR seem incapable of sorting out,

In relation to your problem in particular, Are you using the New Tree? it is not fit for purpose

I would advise two courses of action first go to the old tree,

To get to the old tree, Hover your mouse over the family tree tab at the top of the page and a drop down box will appear with options, click on "use old tree"

second i would suggest that you install a family tree program on your home PC you can either buy one of their are several basic ones that you can download for free, Try google to find one that suits your needs,

Then you can download your tree in a Gedcom file from GR and import it to your program on your PC

Good luck

I clicked on a relative to change some details about that person and when I click on it n the family tree window I can't seem to edit all the info. whne it gets to Known as I cannot scroll down and that is the info that I need to edit. This means that I cannot edit info on my relatives as I cannot scroll down. Please help Genes Reunited or other Users if you have had the same experience please comment
