Can someone please tell me how one knows if the 'compatibility' button is ON or OFF? Thankyou

KenSE Report 20 Aug 2012 21:52

If you are using IE then it is Off if the icon is grey and On if the icon is blue.

Off is the normal state, On should only be needed for old websites that have not been updated for newer browsers.

I think I have a compatibility problem, I cant get details of specific relatives on my tree. I go through the search bit and then it reverts back to my tree. Any iseas welcome.
