Have you tried the F11 instead of changing the zoom?

I am using windows 7 and IE9

If I changed the zoom to 75% I would'nt be able to read it. But this is a laptop so the print is smaller...I think?

I know people are having problems, but I have found this tree a lot better than the old one....but I do have a new computer that opens the tree as another tab,,,where as the old one which was vista IE8 did'nt.... so I gave up with the tree, as I had to shrink the tree down or exit to look up any records....and it took ages to open

I just went to do some tree entries and I cannot see the save button at 75% now so went down to 50% and sure enough there is was but the tree print is now so small I cannot see it .

IT was fine last night when i went to bed now it is dif again .

Running IE8 XP.

I am not the only one either !!

Jax just tried the F11 button works a treat thanks...but in all honesty we should not be having to do this to get the screen to work better.

My zoom level on my laptop is set at 125% and I can see it

The only time I need to change it is when I want to look at the other pages for the people who for some strange reason have opened their tree to me


In that case I just have to click F11

I just added two new ancestors keeping the zoom level at 125%...I could not see the save...so again all I did was click F11 then save then F11 to go back to normal

In order to see the save button you must go to the bottom of your screen (when in tree),you have to change the Zoom to 75% .

The save button will appear at the bottom of the page.

a very bad design error..I think.

I just altered something and the save was there at the bottom

Then came out of tree, and went back in and info was still there

Not sure what the problem is? Could you explain please

can you tell me what has happened to the save button when trying to make alterations to my tree :-(
