Why can we no longer see the full list of ancestors? I find it very frustrating to only see 3 generations instead of the full chain previously displayed.

Welcome to the boards Margaret.

Are you talking about viewing your tree or viewing the list of ancestors?

You should get the full tree if you click on Full, and a full list of ancestors if you click on List.

If that isn't working then contact support.

Yes, it sounds like Margaret is looking at Immediate Family View.

In that view clicking on the top most ancestor will move up a generation.

Full View is ok if you have a relatively small tree, otherwise try Pedigree view, which goes from left to right or Ancestors which goes upwards. Again, you can easily expand to see several more generations.
