I have 2 certificates that I have ordered from GRO only to find they are not linked to my family - they may be of use to others

marriage certificate - Arthur Thomas Sawyer (father Samuel Sawyer) to Alice Maud McCabe (father Stephen McCabe) - August 25 1917

death certificate - Reginald Jack Hall-Wright - died 28 February 2004 - nottingham

If these can be of use to others please message me with your address or for further information from the certificates

You could put the details here:-

http://www.bmdshare.com/

Unfortunately the site seems to be down at the moment.

EDIT - duplicate post.

I would be interested to hear if anyone has ever found a cert on sites such as this, the likelihood is very small.

Alternatively you could put a posem on FreeBMD.

You could also add the information as a POSTEM on FreeBMD

I have done this for all my certificates. If I only help 1 person this way I will be happy. :-D
