Try reducing the size of the page you are viewing. A quick fix is hold the Ctrl and at the same time the + or - keys.

If you find that the new relative is still not showing after you've saved it, try refreshing the screen (F5 key on your keyboard)

You will find a 'contact us' link in blue in the first paragraph on this link

http://www.genesreunited.co.uk/help/faqs?key=106

Alternatively, try emailing [email protected]
There isn't usually an automated response to acknowledge any message you've sent, and they do only work Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm.
With the end of year break, no doubt many if not all the staff in that section will be on Annual Leave

The website has changed since I last used it over a year ago. Why do the details of a new family member I entered not get saved and put on my tree? (It is impossible to page down to the end of the infill section where there MAY (?) be a save button). ALSO, WHY IS THERE NO HELP SECTION THAT SENDS BACK AN EMAIL ANSWER?
