Hi Jess yes that is the 1901 census. I have no real idea what Polly's maiden name was as both her grandsons thought her name was Dorothyand her maiden name to be Howard so I am confused at her entry as Polly. I have not been able to find a marriage certificate for George and wife or birth certificate for their son Albert who was my grandfather. Thanks Dot

Hello Jess- me again I don't think that Phoebe Mountford is who I'm looking for after all. I need to find ANY Phoebe/Phebe/Pheobe Forrester/Forester/Forrister on the 1891. She would have been born in Staffordshire c.1870. There is a Phoebe Forester on the 1901 Worksop too apparently- that's who I need info on. Ther's no husband listed, so was she widowed or was he away? My grandfather William Forrester was born April 1901 (after the census of course-grr) in Worksop. Sorry to drive you nuts but I appreciate the effort. hugz, Gail
