Hi, For MANCHESTER - go to www(.)burialrecords(.)manchester(.)gov(.)uk Remove the brackets. I think this is still in its early stages as I have been reading about it becoming on-line on another site. Sorry, if anybody else has already mentioned it! Regards Debs

Great thread Here's one for inscriptions in St George's Church, WORTHING, West Sussex http://www.achurchnearyou(.)com/venue.php?V=5249 remove brackets Go to bottom of page and click on inscriptions Sorry it isn't positioned very well but I was limited to their style, the * are only used to make spaces because they remove gaps you try and make.

Find a Grave: http://www.findagrave(.)com Millions of both famous and non-famous people posted at this site. You can add your own family members, post notes and pictures, too. I found quite a few of my family members posted by other family members and added a few new branches to my tree. Judy

Here's one for DERBYSHIRE http://www(.)gencem(.)org/index.html database - 80,000+ entries, for which details may include place of birth, ... Choose 'Resources' from the left menu, scroll down to 'burial details' and click on 'the first 6000 burials', from which you can either list them chronologically or use the brilliant, and very fast search engine pg 10 (for my reference so i know where i'm up too)

Giving this thread a bump, this is a very handy resource. Thanks to the poster who posted the link to Brisbane cemeteries, I think I might have found a few of my Pointons on there.

Try this one. http://www(.)yorkcemetery(.)co(.)uk/ Brilliant site. I have had the honor of meeting Hugh Murray who has created this site. Well worth a look. Surname search tells you how many burials there were for that name. Then e-mail Hugh for prices etc. Vanessa
