I am looking for the grandchildren of Hannah Levy b1864 & Joseph
Sampson b31.5 1884 d.1902,also grandchildren from her 2nd marriage 20.6 1904 to Mark Abrahams. In all there were about 43
grandchildren from both marriages. Thank you in advance for any help
in my search.

Hannah Levy & Joseph Sampson were my Grandparents. My Father Sampson (Sam) Sampson was their youngest son. He had 6 brothers
& 1 sister, 3 half brothers & 1 Halfsister, all my Aunts & Uncles I knew them all. It is their offspring I am trying to trace.

Well Hannah, if you knew all your Aunts and Uncles you will know which of them married and where they lived! If you look for their deaths, then the deaths may have been registered by a child (ie one of Hannah's grandchildren) and that would give you a more recent address for some of the family. Looking at the timescale here it is more than likely that some of the grandchildren will have passed away so you would need Hannah's Great Grandchildren in some cases if you are seeking living relatives.
As you had all the names of Hannah's children you could have looked on freeBMD for their marriages and children. You could also take a 14 day free trial for Ancestry (if you don't already have a subscription) for more recent births.
