Thing is, there is also this one:-

Robert E Heap mmn Heap
Aylesbury
Jan-Feb-Mar 1943
vol 3a page 2530

and this one

Robert L Heap mmn Heap
Wednesbury
Jan-Feb-Mar 1942
vol 6b page 1484

Seem to be so many that it is just a lot of possibilities and not much else!

Abbey

As you are unsure when they were born and the fact that we cannot narrow down the two boys your only hope is that they have researched their trees and they find you.

However......there is a Barry !!!!! who has an Ida Heap in his tree b. 1920
If you go to search trees and put in Ida heap you can contact him via Genes reunited.

You remember I said before that I had found a birth for a Barry Evans whos mothers maiden name was Heap................Barry does sound like Harry does it not.

I would contact him and ask if his Mother was Ida Rose Heap. He also has Richard Evans in his tree and this Barry was born 1945!!!!!

New Zealand Records are not great and they only publish certain years.

I would contact Barry....seems too much of a coincidence....if this Barry turns out to be Harry...he will probably know what happened to Robert.

If this isnt Ida's child i will eat my hat.

Abbey

Roughly when did the marriage take place ?

Would she have been Golder or Heap ?

Moody Blue

Moody Blue Report 14 Nov 2009 19:06

This is the first mariage:-

Marriages Jun 1922
GOLDER Rose B Heap Walsall 6b 1442
HEAP Arthur Golder Walsall 6b 1442

so it looks as if it should be a Heap/Green marriage.

.But, wasn't it Ida Heap that married Thomas Green......... not her mother?

Abbey

Abbey Report 17 Nov 2009 12:33

Hey, I will try and explain this best i can.

Ida Rose Greens mum Rose Bennett Heap married Ida's husband Thomas William Green's Father. So i would like to see if i can find a marriage between them. I am not sure of Thomas William Greens Fathers forenames. Confusing is'nt it.
