Julie the only person on here who is not helping is you. I don't know what your motivation is and to be perfectly honest I do not care.

Jaded has requested help and the advice given was well intended. Clarity in any request gives better results.

Jaded to sum up. As your father was born in November it is highly likely that his birth was registered in the next quarter for one reason or another. My own father was born in December but was only registered at the end of January because when he was born it had snowed really hard and that was the first chance his father had to register him.

The informant may have just worked out a year from how old they thought he was. His birth certificate should be taken as the fact.
