Thanks patchem I think you have the one I'm looking for Highfields is the right area (Bilston) and Williams son Joseph had a daughter Phoebe born abt 1851 so she would be the grandaughter?? depending on what month she was born and when the census where it could be the same PhoebeThank you |

i have found william Millington on the 1851 census with his wife and his son Joseph they have Amelia has daughter but I think it could be Joseph's wife could they have put her as daughter not d- in law Not sure what month the census would have been but Joseph married 3rd Feb 1851 |

Hi Mary, yes, it's quite possible that they've recorded Amelia as the daughter, not too unusual for that to happen. It does show both Joseph and Amelia with a status of "married". |
