Helen appears to have adopted the name Ellen.The name appears on Australian Electrol Rolls and as indicated on passenger lists.Witness to the marriage of James and Helen were Mary McBride and Wm. Stewart. Minister was John Maclean of St Columba's Parish.I will follow up on all suggestions.Your efforts are greatly appreciated.Regards Bob

cupcakes.Not sure whether Samuel married.I searched nsw deaths till 1981.the only one that I can find that fits is 1931 Wickham.Parents christain names fit.Thanks again

cupcakes.I am not sure if Samuel Thomson had middle names.Immigration etc. that I have searched doesn't show Lewis Williams.Not that it means he didn't have these names.Another challenge.Thanks again for your efforts.Some of the info that you have provided I have saved for further research.

cupcakes.There was a James Thomson living with Kenneth Thomson in the 1943 electrol rolls.This Kenneth is my man so James could have been his father as he was listed as a rubber worker which he was in 1933 electrol rolls.I have not James 1934 death so this could well be him.Well done.I wiil note this record.

No other information.Interesting on immigration shipping records.I wonder if the other Thomson family were related.Same fiche,different page.Death of James 1944 Looks to be my man.Children correct.Thanks I am sure that it's him.Bob
