Do any of the records show the grave reference or where the grave is?

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 23 Jun 2013 12:09

although my friend still has the records, I know that it does not name the place of burial

St Mary's does have a large graveyeard - my husband's ashes are there, as are the graves of my paternal grandparents and they died in the 1950s

Ok. I contacted the Church but they said they won't be able to help me on the location of Thomas Hill until some work as finished in about 3 weeks, but my impatient self was just wondering haha.

well there is work being done on the church at the minute - John Rowlands, our Rector is a great man and I'm sure he'll hep you - if I spot him around the village I'll mention it so he doesn't forget :-)

I'll also pop in and have a look round and see if I can spot a headstone

Ok. I really appreciate the assistance Ann ... I went there about a Week ago with my grandfather and grandmother and we had a quick browse around but there are so many stones there. Please let me know of any information. Thanks

I contacted the church and they were unable to find an actual burial location or number. Do you know much about the burials like the order they might have gone in by year of burial?

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 1 Aug 2013 09:26

sorry, have no idea
