Reading these posts, you are all GR subscriber's but are obtaining the data else were?
I have recently renewed my subscription after a 5 year break !!
I have looked on the net and there are multiple sites offering info at a price. GR offers addon's. from your info I do not beleive they offer the best package. Sorry GR. I have read posts in the forum about problems. I have had a few myself.
Cheecky to ask on here, but any suggestions ?

Given that Robert's wife is named as Mary Jane on his army record, could this be her death?

Why can't I find dads birth in 1916 ? Clues in the word "register"

Have you tried an address search on the 1911 if they appear to be at the same area when Robert died

My apologies, yes birth date is 10 years out.
I cannot find her in the 1911 census. Married in 1910, obviously moved from parents house. Found Robert Crook death 1951 but lost Jane. Yes there are several Jane's listed, but none seem to match.
I have now received a copy of their marriage certificate and Roberts death certificate. They both lived in Skirving street and Robert died there. Try Googling Sjirving Street. 1880 two sisters - serial killers. Nice area to live !
