Thank you Ann. I've never used that site. I'll have look. See - it's thing like this can be very useful - not being told off by GR.

Right then! You've shown me how to research my ancestors (a lot of whom I've found but there are serioui gaps) Now - how do I find my cousins and second cousins probably living in Brecon? Some of you must know. HELP!

It can be very difficult to find cousins and second cousins.
If you look for possible marriages and the people have common names and married in a different area you end up with too many possibilities.
Did none of them leave Brecon (how do you know?)
That is why on here you are recommended to seek common ancestors and contact people with them in their tree.

If you are worried about information being deleted, then copy and paste it to your own computer.

You have been advised how..............use freebmd and do the research.

You don't even know, as yet, whether any of them married and produced children

Sidney was single in 1911 at the age of 37

Mabel was unmarried in 1901

Edward

If you had read ALL of my post of 22:53 yesterday................................your post of 23:08 would have been unnecessary

When one joins a club, the first thing one does is familiarise oneself with its rules

If you can't take constructive advice from fellow-members, the problem is yours.......not theirs

Your nonsensical remarks about 'authority' show how unaware you are of this site's structure

none of us are "official helpers" Edward, we are all fellow members who enjoy digging around the census and as Reggie and I both state, we have no connection to the person we are helping
