Thank you al very much but I wonder if anyone can gain information on My great great grandfather, the elusive Mr Etheridge. I believe that they did travel a lot as rumour has it that the Etheridge family were gypsies at some point , I believe something to do with birds but my elderly aunts maybe wrong |

I was hoping that the record on FMP from Notts marriages might give names of Father's but unfortunately not. |

A tree on Ancestry has this for John - but you do need to confirm it all yourself, not all trees are 100% reliable !! |

Same tree shows Laura in 1861 as already posted here earlier, the marriage, and the 1901/1911 census. It has her death as March 1929, Birkenhead. |
