I wonder if anyone has acsses to 1939 Register please

I have been to the Centeral Library in Nottingham and have manage to find what I was looking for But I am unable to read the address

Which is ?? Road Nottingham
Herbert H Taylor born 8 th June 1899
Eliza Taylor ( Jackson ) 31st August 1899
Then the children listed
Would love to know the address

Then maybe I will be able to trace the Father and Mother Families

1900 St Pauls or 1900 St Marys

I know that Eliza Taylor 1900 madam name was Wilson who married Herbert H Taylor
By the children on 1911 Census

On the actual image(s) of this record, he is named as Herbert Harold Taylor. The address is 14 Virginia Street, Nottingham. Unfortunately, I cannot see the next of kin

My GGGrand Father was living in Noah Ark PH Coal Pit Lane Nottingham 1871

Strange how the names of the streets pop up in Nottingham

I have found the Artical A Daylight Robbery and have printed off
But it is too small to read
So I will find it in the Library after Christmas
