Margaret passed away in 2010 and lived in Islington area, her gr daughter says she was born Anne on the 9th Feb, in a Salvation Army hospital and no father on her birth cert.
Margaret always said that Wong Sam was not her father, he was someone from the household where Gladys worked in service in the W1 area.
Still looking for Margaret's and Gladys birth, and the Charles Jones (occ: potter) deceased listed as Margaret's father on her marriage cert?
Going to order marriage cert for Gladys and Wong and hope it helps.
