hi
so is this harry william the same harry collins born in either 1882 or 1884 to William and Hannah ? Can anyone find harry age 17 or thereabouts on the 1901 census ? The birth records don't show him as being harry William , or do they ? :-)

the harry William Collins born in 1884 , does it say mothers maiden name drage ? I was looking at the earlier harry Collins born 1882 who would coincide with the 1891 census , but maybe one harry died ?

I don't see the birth of any Collins/Drage son in 1878-85, apart from Harry 1884, William 1885, and Walter 1881 (below).

Probably his death - he's not on any census:

Is it William Junior's occupation you can't read? Harry's is milk carrier which if I remember rightly was the same in 1911

William jnr - capstan hand - capstan lathe would be used in railway engineering - the 'y' of the word Rly confuses the word a bit

thanks for that. So confirms he was born in 1884 , not 1882 like some census say . I m thinking of him for maybe father of annie fevers son norman. Guess it could be William too , if that's what we can assume as to the reason Hannah adopted norman.
Maybe he always lived with them and because in 1927 the adoption act came into being, maybe this was why she adopted him officially ?
Norman knew nothing of his birth mum but did not talk about it at all. Just mentioned he was adopted :-S

Hi
Can anyone find a burial of this Annie m feaver in 1951?
My friend woukd like to find her grave. Presuming she was buried in Surrey. Last known living with her sister ivy butler in 1939. I was trying to find this via ivy and Frederick's deaths in case they were buried at same place.
Her mum was executor of her will strangely. We have the death certificate now but no clue as to where she was buried.
Thanks :-)

If buried locally, this would seem the most likely cemetery:

Kingston Cemetery & Crematorium
Address: Bonner Hill Rd, Kingston upon Thames KT1 3EZ
Phone: 020 8546 4462

EDIT:

But her name's not coming up on this burial directory;

North East Surrey Crematorium in Morden seems to be the nearest crematorium.

As you have her exact date of death , you can see if she's mentioned in their Book of Remembrance - here:
