This is confusing???

There is a marriage for a Mary Irwin to James Terry in 1881 show father as John Irwin occ: weaver:

https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1881/10989/8017929.pdf

Mary gives birth to a son Wlliam in 1881:

https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1881/02820/2034653.pdf

born at Ann Street Lurgan and Elizabeth Irwin records birth

This looks like them in the 1901 census:

http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Armagh/Lurgan_Urban/Hill_Street/1025554/

death for Elizabeth Irwin in 1907 records her as a widow of a Soldier (last one down):

Going back to Sarah Jane Irwin this looks like her marriage in 1891:

https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1891/10674/5890034.pdf

and in 1901 census:
