	as archibald was only 2 days old in 1911 census he may have been registered in another name

Member Since: July 2005 Posts: 10,504 Send Message	Looking at census and births and 1939 (unless child staying with aunt/uncle) Albert and Mary had Dora Ellen 1906 Albert Henry 1909 Harold George 1911 (? has to be if Archie also 1911 unless twins and Archie not showing on register) Nancy Beatrice Maud 1916 and Frederick and Eva had Edith Annie1905 Shirley John 1907 Archibald 1911 Rita May 1915 Eva Blanche 1916 Leaving (with my best guesses, but they are guesses - you NEED certificate) Henry George 1912 - Fred and Eva if Albert and Mary has a Harold George Q2 1911 Mary 1914 - Albert and Mary - after Mother, she's Q2 1914 and Rita Q1 1915 so too close to be siblings George 1921 - Albert and Mary if Mary's sister Joyce 1922 - ?? Fred and Eva if George 1921

Probate Llandudno 1 March to Eva Blanche Pearce widow and Shirley John Pearce carpenter. Effects £460 EVA BLANCHE PEARCE of 19 Monmouth Street Topsham Devonshire widow died 1 May 1948 probate Exeter 30 September to Shirley john Pearce and Harold George Pearce carpenters So does that blow my logic of who is whose out of the window or was the probate to son and nephew? MARY LEWIS PEARCE of 69 Fore Street, Topsham Devonshire widow died 9 August 1960 at 29 Victoria Street Exeter Probate Exeter 29 August to Albert Henry Pearce bricklayer and George Pearce general labourer Effects £429 10s 6d a copy of the wills might help to sort out who is who.

	Ancestry suggests that Archibald is Harold George, who was born 1911.

I Think Nancy belongs o the other parents - theres a Mary Pearce thats not on FreeBMD. def need certs or baptisms to confirm things. All parents buried in unconsecrated ground interestingly.
