Kim has Frederick Bailey 1908 Senglea, Malta ... so presumably father is Herbert?

MargaretM

MargaretM Report 29 May 2019 20:18

If Sarah's son is Herbert Bailey then surely Bailey is her married name?

MargaretM

MargaretM Report 29 May 2019 20:40

A tree in Ancestry says that she was born Sarah Miller, 7 Nov., 1883, Malta and died 14 Aug., 1962, Bournemouth, England

Edit: This tree doesn't show a son Herbert, however her spouse is Herbert.

According to that tree she died 14 Aug., 1962 aged 79.

Edit: Oh dear, just checked the probate record for the one who died 14 Aug., 1962 and it says she is the wife of Thomas Bailey. Hoever it says she was living 138 Hillview Rd., Ensbury, Park, Bournemouth but died Park Prewett Hospital, Basingstoke.

Kim,

Can you add birth years for these relatives born before 1939? Helps to find them.

Kim do you have Frederick's marriage cert, and who does it give for his father, is there a middle name for instance? age? Please give any scraps of information you have it may not seem important, but it could be :-)

Kim it's easy to trace back from you to Frederick on freebmd, Frederick is your mothers father, what is needed is info from his marriage cert or his birth cert. You seem to be confusing who is husband and who is son in your posts and that's making it difficult to follow.
