Interesting - the source of some of the entries is given as "Titres, homologations et services pour faits de résistance "

Titles, approvals and services for resistance events
With nearly 600,000 names, the database lists individual files drawn up by various administrations responsible, at the end of the Second World War, for identifying, approving or recognizing services rendered for acts of resistance.



EDIT:
But not necessarily. That page goes on to say -

"the mention of an individual in the database does not presume his quality as resistant because the corpus contains all the files opened by the services, including those of individuals who, after examination, have not been recognized or approved for resistance."


However, it does presumably mean she was in France during the war.
