I still feel unsure if Ann Raworth in the 1841 census with father James Raworth is the Mary Ann Raworth of my Straw family line, any ideas please.

Look to see if there was a daughter named Ann

The father’s occupation fits the info on Mary Ann's marriage cert

Whether or not it is actually the same girl on the census isn’t crucial. Your query relates to the father’s wife

One witness on James and Ann Rich in 1810 wedding was a John Hoar.

Susan/Susanna Raworth married John Richards 1837 they had a son
Frederick Albert HOAR Richards.

So maybe there is a connection to the Hoar family.
