Ah, strange.
Same ref number - seems to be the same person, but with the age wrong on the GRO website.
The 13-year-old only appears on GRO, not on FreeBMD.
The 73-year-old is on FreeBMD but not GRO.
However, that Mary Ann is too old to be the one who married Joseph, by about 5 years - assuming correct age stated at death.

Maddie mentions a Mary Ann Stokes born 1801 living in Charlton in 1871.
Born Dover, and an annuitant.
She's also there in 1861, at the same address (8 St Catherine's Place) - born in Dover, a fund holder, and too old, so not the one born in Dartford.
