Wow you are amazing :-) I don’t no how you are doing it. I am either ending up with 1000s or no results. Yeah I think we can defo say that was my Nans death. I spoke to my mum and she remembers her dad saying she died whilst he was young that how I go to it. But that you have found it just amazing x

Asking if you’ve looked for info isn’t being rude.

You started by giving a name and nothing else, so the assumption was that you hadn’t looked. If you’d given more info there would have been no misunderstanding.

And, of course, I now find that the info I posted about Ida was what I’d already added to your thread on Find Living Relatives, which is about her son.

Yeah I have thanks. I have just found same as above about my great nans death thank you. I looking to find my great grandads birth now. As stated I asked for help because I was struggling with it being such a common name. You don’t need to help me that’s fine... don’t see the need to be rude either tho. I have only asked if people don’t won’t to help they don’t have to. Thank you for your help safc <3

That’s thing I haven’t got really any dates to give. I have found his wedding certificate to my nans mum 2nd marriage in 1943 in Walsall Birmingham. I believe this is where they lived till 1945 ish when they moved to Dover. I know my nan who he married was Rose Heap and she was born in 1900 but I don’t no if that’s means he was to. Sorry for lack of information x
