I've found a burial register for Clarisse in 1861, it says it is from a non-conformist collection. It states she was buried at Victoria Park, Hackney and gives her address as St George's Southwark.

Victoria Park Cemetery - full name was Victoria Park Cemetery Company Ltd later became known as Meath Gardens. Victoria Park started out as a private company in 1845 but went bankrupt in 1853. Cemetery, unconsecrated ground, was closed in 1876 and later became a recreation ground. Very few headstones remain.

To answer questions regarding Marriage Certificate, Rose Slack married George Henry Dellow 29/11/1886 Hastings Registry Office, spinster aged 24, domestic servant living at 10 Havelock Road, Hastings, Her father is given as George Henry Slack (dec;d) who's occupation was Hairdresser,
I have assumed George Henry Slack is otherwise known as George Angus Slack but the omission of Rose from the 1881 census has confused me?

Don't delete Steve - you can always come back if more records become available. It saves helpers looking up info. that's been found before. Also, it might help someone else researching the same family. I|t's not taking up any space on your computer, all on GR's system.
