In Mary Harrison's Will she mentions 'my sister Susanna Kirk' and 'my five brothers and sisters John, Benjamin, Hannah, Ann & Jane'. Sadly, no married surnames are given for her other sisters only Susanna.

Mary Harrison died 1855 - her will also available. After sale of property No. 3 & 4 occupied by William Ashton and Susannah Kirk at Toadmoor - to be offered first to William Ashton for £150, - monies to be divided equally between her 5 brothers and sisters, namely John, Benjamin, Hannah, Ann and Jane after any debts paid.
But if he refuses to buy, then by public auction or private sale.
If any siblings pre decease her, then money to his or her children equally.

Remainder of real estate ie dwellings houses No. 1,2 and 5 with the Nailors shop, gardens and any other belongings now belonging to herself, James Allen and Ambrose Blackham at Toadmoor to sister Susannah Kirk for her absolute use but after her decease the executors to sell and the monies to be equally divided between nephews and nieces (not named)

When Joseph Blackham died 8/4/1880 he left to my Grandfather Francis Harrison Blackham & son William Harrison Blackham 2 pounds ten shillings a year to fall due 11 years after his death because they both borrowed money from their brother John & never paid it back,I think they were both heavy drinkers?
