Many thanks for all your replies, and my sincere apologies for the long delay in getting back to you all.
Maddie thank you for finding Catherine as a servant in London, and also for finding Catherine 9 Ann 5 and William 1 on the 1841 census without their parents, I wonder where they were?
Shirley I did see the Ebenezer Curtis with mmn Colls and did wonder if this was mine? the bapt of Wm. Curtis b.1841 is my gt. g/father.
Maddie thank you also for the info on Wm. b.1806 I didn't have his actual birth date or date of death, much appreciated.
Thank you also greyghost and ErikaH for searching for information for me it's very much appreciated

The one who died was the one whose birth was registered, meaning that it WASN’T the one in your tree. That was the point I was making

The Registers Of Wages And Effects Of Deceased Seamen, 1852-1889 posted by Maddie above, is for a 19 year old, supposedly picked up in Belize and allowed to work his passage home on board the Martha Pope.
He died and was found to have been murdered.

Various papers of the time.
eg

Mr. Walthew resumed inquest on the body of William Curtis, aged 19, late steward on board the ship Martha Pope, which recently arrived in the West India Docks from Belize, Honduras, the deceased having died coming the Thames. Dr. Giles
